I have been constantly facing mouth ulcers each month and it lasts for 2-3 weeks causing significant problem to my health and daily activities. Its been since 2018 and still I am unable to get a proper diagnose though all my reports are ok.

If you have only mouth ulcers and there is no change in bowel habits and no change in body weight, then it is most commonly autoimmune( which, in simple words, means your own dog attacks you), meaning your own defence system works against you. I would suggest seeing an ENT doctor for further evaluation, or you can try some oral sprays with steroids in them.

In young adults mouth ulcers are usually benign But recurrent or non healing ulcers require systemic screening to exclude nutritional deficiency GI diseases Autoimmune causes and malignancy.
