Talk to Internal Medicine on Nose Or Mouth Odor

A weird smell from nose and some times from mouth. My oral hygiene good. I do regular dentist visit. My acid reflux test is negative. I can share report. Apparently no signs of sinus check by general physician. My mouth feels dry sometimes and mere gums se bleeding hoti hai specific spots se. And throat main ek lump sa feel hota hai. But doctor ne check kar ke btaya hai ke tonsils ya sinus nahi hai yeh. Checked by 2 different doctors. Dentist hamesha kehta hai cleaning scaling karwa lain. Os se kabhi fark nahi parta. Bas oral hygiene hi maintain rehti hai. I'm so stuck in this situation. Sometime it gets unbearable. Please suggest me kya karun?

Sorry to hear that you are suffering from this. As you’ve been checked by multiple doctors and nothing serious has been found, I would suggest to just use a good mouth wash daily to improve the odour and avoid any foods that worsen the odour.

Although you know that sinuses are not infected, you still need to be checked by an ENT specialist for middle ear infection, adenoids-inflammation or infection and tonsils stones. If all these turn out to be fine use gum or green cardamom to keep breath fresh.
It may be a pharngeal pouch. Get a barium swallon done by a radiologist to confirm the diagnosis.
