A localized mass. left lobe of liver needs MRCP or ERCP the latter will enable biopsy and stenting chances of lymphoma are high .The Best hospital would be Shifa in Islamabad

AoA , the most common cause of obstructive jaundice in old patients is mostly malignant pathology . From the reports you shared it looks like cholangiocarcinoma . I think that you should have his ERCP done and if required allow stenting by the gastroenterologist. It will be beneficial not only for relieving his symptoms but diagnosing the disease as well . Dr Amjad Salamat is a good option but you should get over with it ASAP. Though the prognosis does not appear to be good but hope is what helps us to keep on going . Give a lot of Sadqa and pray to Allah Almighty for easing his symptoms
