Talk to Internal Medicine on Overall Health Issues

A few month ago i got in to fixing my pveralll health so thats why i got my test from chugtai lab by diagnosing myself through gpt and other ai. I got the test that they told me to get like d3,b12,iron panel,cbc and thyroid panel to my surprise my d3 and b12 were really low 10.7 for d3 and 186 for b12. These test were talen for my health problem like dark hollow eye circle,mood issues,hair thinning also other than this i had an other serious issue like breathing problem and after eating food the food would feel like it is still in the throat so i got it checked from a lung specialist where they tested for igb which was 900 and was suppose to be under 100 they told me to take some medicine but it didnt fixed my problem. For the other problem i started taking b12 and d3 and k2 supplement.Also from the past week i have lost the sense of touch in my fingers and nails they a feel a little numb.
