A 46 yrs lady presents with neck pain and pain in both arms, more severe on the left side. She complains of intense pain in the left bicep with difficulty bending her hand properly anda feeling of swelling in the left arm. The pain sometimes becomes very intense. She is currently taking Tab Sensival OD at night, Tab Neoprox 500 mg BD, Cap Pregy 50 mg BD, and Cap Esomep 40 mg OD. But Feelings dizzy and weak what possible causes and treatment
