Talk to Internal Medicine on Pain In Left Thigh And Back

My friend is having a pain from past 8 months in her left thigh till knees and it goes till back. Initially it was less but with time it has increased. She has been taking pain killers twice a day. Earlier she was taking Ibu profen and from past one week she is taking Aldigesi P. If she doesn’t take she cannot bear the pain for 10 mins even. The pain that she describes is tingling pain, numbing and stiffness is what she feels. It gets worse while sleeping. She has got the MRI done. The reports are attached below. Can a doctor help clarify what it exactly is and how can it be treated.

Hi. I didnot see MRI report. Would u please share MRI report. And also do tell whether is there any swelling of left thigh knee or leg. Any redness? Any other symptom other than pain. Give bit more detailed history plz. Thanks

mujhe urine ka masla hai jabmain urine karta ho us k baad kisi b time kuch drop nikal jate han aur top pe aur centre jalan b hoti hai k urine drop jaise phanse hoe han aur blood b hai urine main yeh masla 2 3 years se hai aur boht doctor se elaj karwya aram nahi aya. aur sath main semen drop b nikalte rehty han jis ka pata b nahi chalta nikalne ka but kapro pe white nishan hote han yeh masla b 3 years say hai. ultrasound, xray, urine test, urine (CS) test, sab karwae but sub ok han just blood show karta hai PUSS cell nahi jab k mujhe wo atay rehty han. MH, CMH, POF hospital k urologist say elaj karwya par fark nahi para Medical Sepcialist se b medicine li aram hai Sexologist say b fark nahi para. Please kuch suggest karain main bohr preshan ho. Shadi ko 3 months hoe hain aur Baby ki b umeed hai but yeh masla hal nahi ho raha.
