Liver is ok , small bowel has paralytic illeus . Few small renal stones . Small bowel is functional , meaning intestines are bit lazy.For renal stones get urologist opinion and get them sorted. Nothing to worry about bowel just plenty of fluids , not to take any medications , check with electrolytes (Na, k, Magnesium, phosphate) if they are ok and if not needed replacement .If you have any more questions please let me know. Liver ka koi masla nhi hai, wo bus ek normal variation hai, kuch logon mei hoti hai, us ko bhool jayein. Aur small intestines mei CT report k mutabiq movement sahi nhi ho rahi jis ki wja se wo thori si soji hoi hai; is ki wja electrolyte imbalance, infection ya medicine side effects ho skti hain; lekin main masla in ka kidney stones aur UTI ka hai - us k liye urine culture aur achi si antibiotic deni chahiye aur sath hi kidney specialist ko check krwayein.

Small intestine have some widened loops followed by normal loops, means some loops movements are slow while other loops have normal movements. Just take 2-3 litres of fresh water, soft diet & vegetables.if you have constipation, Stool softener will be needed. The other problem of kidney stones, discuss with Urologist.
