Hello doc, myself safwan aslam. Meri mother k platlet count 15000 to 25000 k round about main hai. On ka platlet count drop hova hai kafi. Ultrasound krvaya to spleen enlarged hai but liver function normally.and malaria k test be krvaya h vo negative aya hai. And previous history main vo koi be streroidal medicine use ni kr rhi. Platlet count itna drop hony ke waja sy 1 bar moo sy blood thora aya hai. Is k elawa in ko kbi phly koi bemari ni hoi. To kya ap bta skty hain k abi on ko kya krna chahiye.
Please get her hepatitis B and C tests and if any of them is positive she needs to be seen by a gastroenterologist for endoscopy (camera test)
Hello thanks for asking , drop of platelets at this age is a complex disease which definitely need more investigations . But I wil still treat for ITP / TTP .
As in reports, she has all LFTs disturbed though marginally. She would get her Hepatic Shear wave elastography .
She has ITP, see hematologist for treatment .Initial treatment is prednisolone

Prednislon 1 mg with 500 ml with 5prsnt dextrose daily 3 days diye to 27000 tk platlet aye so kya hmain further wait krna chahiye k platlet brhain gy ya onhain platlet lgva dyny chahiye?

Platlet 27k tk aye hain*. Phly platlet count automatically glat likhy gyn hain. Typing mistake
