assalam o alaikum,
I am male , 36 with no previous history of infection.
I am going to accept something which I should not have done. with the help of Allah, I will not do it again.
I had unprotected sex with a prostitute and I am worried if I may have opened myself to HIV or other diseases.
I did this activity on 26-11-2023.
please tell me which medicine should I take to avoid HiV please.

As Hiv Is a growing challenge in the west along with other Sexually transmitted disease,so there is FDA approval for post exposure prophylaxis to prevent HIV that has to be taken within 72 hours to prevent its transmission.We call them Antiretrovirals.So yes you can consult doctor for this
