Talk to Internal Medicine on Rebaceous Cyst

I have a few cysts on my scrotum (willing to remove through the radiofrequency process) - sometimes get painful and with time they keep increasing in size and number. I want to know if it’s safe to get them removed and which doctor I should consult for this.
