Talk to Internal Medicine on Small Circles On Nails

I have small white circles on my nails. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year. I took diane 35 for 3 months and my periods got normal. To lose weight I started going to gym and used to exercise for almost two hours daily. But then I left the gym because my calves bone had pain while I did workout. After that my nails had white patches. My doctor recommended me Caldree for 3 months. I took that medicine and my nails got well. After that I took Calcee on and off. And as I left Calcee and Surbex Z my nails started getting white patches again. On close examination it occurs that I have very small white circles on my two nails and one thumb. Rest just have patches. Please tell me if its due to calcium deficiency or some other deficiency? How can I overcome it with food
