Asking For Self, Female 23, Jatlan
My job timing is from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. I have to sit continuously during working hours because there is no movement in the office except for the Zuhr prayer break. Nowadays, I am feeling abdominal pain. After walking for some time, when I sit again, I feel pain on both sides of my abdomen. It is also hard for me to stretch my body because I feel pain while doing so. My height is 4'11" and my weight is 38 kg. I am 23 years old. I am slim, but I notice fat around my belly and I do not understand why because I do not eat properly. I usually eat only one roti per day and I do not take milk or fruits due to lack of time. Just sometime, I feel belly fat but usually I look very slim. What to do? I also have anger issues which affect both my mental and physical health. I have some past trauma and I am currently in a toxic situation. I am confused about whom I should consult first: a psychologist for anger management or a general practitioner for a healthy lifestyle. I also have acne proble

Belly fat is normal especially in sedentary ppl. Pain could be due to prolonged sitting and poor posture. First you should start regular exercise and simple physiotherapy for belly fat and flank pains (you can search online). Safe side you should get an ultrasound abdomen/pelvis as well. Treat constipation if present. Secondly for the anger and other issues, I know it’s easy to say and hard to do but try to stay positive, build a positive optimistic mindset, see good in everything even the bad thing, try to find the silver lining in every dark cloud of your life, strong ppl have strong minds and just as a baby has to learn to talk and walk, we have to learn how to be strong, positive and happy, these things usually dont come naturally. You have to learn these. Try meditation and positive visual imagery. Stay in green places with plants and flowers. Consult a psychologist.
