Us k baad sey muscular pain start hua.poiri body pey swelling hai koi kaam karoon muscles b9hat thaq jatey hein.yahan taq k spoon sey bachoon ko khila rahi hoon tou hasth boath thaq jata hai. Raat leytoon tou kabhi lagta hai jese meri saans ruki hui hai phir ek dum gehri saans leyti hoon.neend 4 to 5 hrs hai.heartbeat tez rehti hai Alhumduliilah active hoon leyti nahi rejti leykin body pain swelling sey bogat pareyshan hoon.subha utho heel pain bohat hota hai.aur ab hair fall bhi is tezi sey hua k baal bhi bohat hi kum ho gaye hein.
