Talk to Internal Medicine on Syphilsis Infection

I m facing the problem of syphilsis . I tested my blood in 2014 then i saw syphilsis is positive. Then i contact with a doctor he gave the medicine of penciline and some tablets . I take my 1st injection in 2014 . And scnd in 2015. Because i dnt know what is it. In 2017 i take 3 penciline injection after every three weeks . And 10 month i never sexual contact with any one. And in 2018 i take 2 more penciline injections. And keep me away from any type of sexual contact for 5 or 6 moths. But now i saw some dots on penis. But 1 dot is hard. But came out from that dot. If i hardly force then some hard thing came in face of a little white dot. I want to know what is it???
