mujha 2 month ho gaye mujha jab tension hoti ha tab mara hath kambna lagta hn. pasina ana lag jata ha chakkar anaa lagta hn lose motion ana lagta hn. ratt ko nieend nahi atii sochna shuru ho jataa hu wo chezaa jo guzar gai ho. kabhi nieend aa jati ha to phir bhi mari tabiyat kharab rahti ha. koi kuch kah da mujha bura lag jata ha 2 din kisi sa baat nahi karta. plz help??????
