from last 3,4 days I can't smell anything, and I can't taste anything, due to too much cough I have a pain in my lungs and the chest bones

get ur chest x-ray done.compleye blood picture.covid 19 pcr and CRP .TAKE PANADOL for pain .and contact back.
likely some viral infection. please get tab panadol 2 three times a day, adequate fluids, multivitamins and get covid PCR and CBC done.
Better to go to a clinic/ hospital with these symptoms for Investigations and treatment
