Talk to Internal Medicine on TMJ Jaw Pain

Hey, I'm having this Pain on the righ side of my jaw and head there's minor clickings and after waking up my face feels like a stone hard while opening up my mouth I only feel pressure on left side and my face has become asymmetrycal as well I'm also dealing with anxiety and depression and I can't afford any expensive treatments please suggest me some medications, treatments or any gov doctor for assessments.

You should wear a night guard for your teeth before going to sleep. Do gentle physiotherapy of your jaw/neck (search online youtube). And go to your local govt hospital and consult a psychologist plus psychiatrist. You will probably be started on an anxiolytic/antidepressant for sometime. InshaAllah you will get better.
