So many different symptoms usually do not fit in one disease. Someone has already tested for some common problems.
I think it is better to have a psychiatric evaluation before proceeding further.

Go for H. pylori IGg/IGm test
and thn consult for further.
You must need some test of H-pylori IGG/IGM thn I would be able to treat your disease easily.
