I have many problems first of all i have after dribble problem along with involuntary muscle movement/twitching especially of bicep and near to eyes. then my mental health is not good. severe headaches and sudden dizziness happens. please suggest to whom i have to go for a checkup neuro or general physician and what type of tests i have to do before going, thanks
