I have pain in my upper back (left side) muscles. I have used pain killer but pain reviles for just some time only. last night I have a massage it with wintogeno cream pain revile for the night. now in morning it stat again, pls suggest the medicine
you have to maintain a correct posture while standing , sitting or working to get relief, continue with massage ,use tab nuberol forte morning and evening for five days without gap for a positive response .
Dear, I am so sorry to know about your problem. It must be difficult for you to bear such an immense pain.
After reading your problem, there can be few reasons causing you the pain;
1. It can be muscular because of spasm or abnormal posture
2. It can be because of the compression of nerves by the vertebrae (back bone)
To start with take this treatment
Tablet Artifen 50 mg twice a day
Tablet Nuberol forte twice a day
Tablet Gabica 75 mg twice a day
Avoid sitting on desk and using excessive cell phone, tablet or laptop in that posture.
Please get
X- ray cervical spine done

it's not safe to use artifen in feeding mothers. and gabica could have side effects as well.
you are showing pain in the area of Scapula and Upper thoracic spine.
most commonly it's muscles. start will simple physio, massage, postural care, apply local gel.
i will not recommend any pain killers but simple paracetamol.
