u can continue no severe interaction among them.
try to avoid as both can cause changes in heart rhythm ( QT prolongation) . if you have fever then use any other antibiotic instead of Azomax

every medicine has interacions, but no serious ones are noted with sertraline and azithromycin. hope this helps.
Azomax does prolong QT interval but sertraline at usual doses does not. Thus can be taken together.
