thanks sir for replying,iam only taken HCQ, i suffer from this disease since 14 years , this is first tine i get this sever uti ifection ,because 8-12 pus cell in urine and trace protien ,i have also hypothyroid but sudden my tsh level blow from range and t4 slightly elevated , my esr is 44 other tests are pending ,hb 10, wbc and rbc and plettelets ok ,slighlyy serum sodium elevated ,s critine 0.7 gfr>60 lft report ok

i only want to ask how many days this infection will be ok

International guidelines say to take antibiotics for 7 days, to clear the infection. If its not settling then you would need further investigations

symptoms was starting with fingers pain ,and spread in all boday , my main problem was and is pain acute pain,from starting one dr give me methotraxate and dalta cort foo one month but this medi harm me then i went reumatalogist he only have me hcq200 and pain killer

Did you have any other symptoms apart from the hand pains and any blood tests that directed the rheumatologist to the diagnosis? I am rheumatologist myself but my profile doesn’t show it as I am not practicing in Pakistan.

from starting my ana was positive but afterwards it came to be negative, yes i also had pain in my arms ,otherwise no rash on my body , i once went to malaysia ,and consulted rehumatalogist he said that idnt have sle but have some symptoms but rehuma in karachi who said i will have develope lupus in future , i can not live a normal life

The symptoms you mentioned and with no ANA came back negative then it’s very unlikely you have SLE. I think you need to revisit the SLE diagnosis. For your thyroxine i will not be able to help if i dont know what dose thyroxine you taking and what are your tsh and t4 levels.
