V.high Alt 920

Question

I had abdomen eyes yellow.i got lft test. My alt.. 920 Ast.. 390 Alkaline phosphatase..402 Bilirubin total... 1.6 Total protein ...7.7 My ferritein level 400.. I don't have vomiting s but I have pain and dizziness in to do?

Gravinate 1 thrice daily

Risek 40 mg daily beore breakfast

Sp Duphalac 2 tablespoons at night

Sp Hepamerz 1 teaspoon thrice daily

Please get USG done.

Get CBC, Hep A, Hep E And Hep B serological test. Get an Ultrasound of Abdomen. And let me know results. thanks

since how long you are these symptoms , did you had any episode of jaundice in past ... seems like acute hepatitis , take lots of fluids , simple meals non fatty , CBC , LFTS repeat after 4 days again , Anti HAV, Anti HEV .
