I had abdomen eyes yellow.i got lft test. My alt.. 920 Ast.. 390 Alkaline phosphatase..402 Bilirubin total... 1.6 Total protein ...7.7 My ferritein level 400.. I don't have vomiting s but I have pain and dizziness in to do?

It is likely acute viral hepatitis. You should take fluids to keep you well hydrated and usually hepatitis A is self limiting. It will take few days or even weeks to settle down. I would advice you to get hepatitis A and E tests done just to confirm it and you will need repeat if liver tests after 1-2 days just to see improvement or worsening. Thanks

But as you mentioned your high ferritin levels so you would also need Ultrasound of your liver in order to see texture and its size.

So Hepatitis E causes acute hepatitis and is usually self limiting which means will get cured by itself. As i mentioned earlier u need to keep yourself hydrated with juices and get repeat check of liver function tests in few days to see improvement.
