Dear
Your vitamin d levels are low
And your HbA1c falls in category of prediabetes. You need to loose some weight and take vitamin d supplements. Testosterone levels are not very low.

Thank you very much for contacting and sharing your complaints. I have gathered from your post that you have
stopped exercise
Hair loss

Tiredness and leg pain
ED and premature ejaculation
Your detailed history requires to correlate your lab reports.

Before any advice I would like you to provide as much details possible for all these complaints. Secondly please share the reason for stopping exercise, is it tiredness or you were not satisfied with your goal achievement.
How is your mood most of time, any disturbance with sleep,
Do you still enjoy things which you previously used to enjoy?
Any stress at job or home?
Have you tried any medication for weight loss or any supplements?
Your social habits like smoking
Any family history of diabetes or any other long running diseases

Meanwhile you try to have healthy food including more and more vegetables and fresh fruit, try to cut down your food intake at least by 20%. Start increasing your physical activity, and most important is to deal with stress efficiently.

Lack of proper physical activity also makes lethargic and moreover if someone has stopped exercising that will make more tired and energy depleted. Secondly stress needs to be rational, no one is free of stress nowadays. At present people are more healthy physically but mental stress is overwhelming. Stress is one big cause of most of ailments. So find strategies to manage stress in productive way.
Then comes food, be very cautious about the food you are consuming. Food is source of energy for our body, if food quality is not according to your physical needs then it will also result in tiredness.
Try to quit smoking, very important.
Most of today’s health problems can be solved without pharmacological preparations just by modifying our life style. Let’s go for these changes n if no improvement at all then we can step up therapy.
Please Ask, if anything is not very clear.
