A 22-year-old person with a height of 5 feet 4 inches and weight of 50 kg eats three proper meals a day like a normal person and eats to full satisfaction. However, despite this, they appear very weak. Their facial cheeks seem sunken, giving the impression as if they haven't eaten anything. Please tell what could be the possible issue and guide me.
