I am little overweight I have left heel pain in morning Also i feel tired alot after doing work... back pain hoti hy, period b heavy n blood clots b big...no fibroids or nything... right shoulder ki back side pe over use ki wajase zada pain hota jb mop lagao etc HB is 10 Monthly blood loss ki waja se weakness hy? Please koi diet ya medicine bata dein de so tht my daily routine does get disturbed n i can do my daily house chores easily..i m in alot pain n tense too as it affects my family life
