Talk to Internal Medicine on White Blood Cells Deficiency

My daughter had a lot of fever. When I saw the doctor, her white blood and red blood cells were very low. She suggested bone marrow and other tests. She also started treatment and had blood transfusions twice. After treatment, the fever subsided and the red blood cell count also became normal, but the white blood cell count is still low. I am also attaching the details of the test. Now my question is, what should be done with the coin and which doctor should we go to? Right now, treatment is going on with a pead hematologist.

you should continue following paeds hematologist and follow what he advise u..All cells are critically low.
kindly must get physically examination by pediatric haematologist it's pancytopenia
pancytopenia means his all cell counts are below normal range need specialist opinion either they ask for bone marrow biopsy or not they will tell u better dear

right as here no abnormal cells seen megakaryocytes n increased white cell line abnormal cells are not seen to diagnosis GOD FOR BID any chances of leukemia
