Talk to Internal Medicine on White Patch/ Line In Mouth And Roughness

I have noticed a white line in mouth for about 2-3 months. Sometimes I notice roughness in my mouth but its usually temporary. But this white line is still there and not painful. I am not having any pan masala/ tobacco items, have eaten pan masals sometimes but not frequently. Additionally, I am having mouth ulcer problem for a long time or from childhood, whenever i eat some spicy food or specially/frequently in summers. Are these all symptoms pointing out something serious?
