Talk to Liver on Liver Problem
Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi
I have been diagnosed with Jaundice in MAY 2025 and also Hepatitis A was detected. I had treatment and was ok. I recently got symptom's like cramp in stomach and feel nausea after one hour of having breakfast due to which I tested again for LFT, in which level of SGPT is raising towards border limit(report attached). Kindly advice me what could be cause of it and recommend treatment against it.

After a hepatitis A infection, the liver can stay a bit inflamed for weeks. The cramp and nausea you feel after breakfast are likely due to that lingering inflammation or a mild flare‑up. Eating small, bland meals, avoiding fatty or spicy foods, and staying hydrated can help. If the symptoms last more than a couple of days or the SGPT stays high, a follow‑up with your doctor is wise to rule out a new flare or other liver issue. In the meantime, keep track of your LFTs and any new symptoms.
