its tmj problem with internal derangement in joint.
don't worry its treatable. we have Conservative treatment with meficin & soft diet if problem persist & recurre after medicine stop then i perform surgery and addressed the problem. picture of surgery i attached .take these medicine for 2 weeks with soft diet
