Assalamualaikum I am 24 years old. It has been a few years that I am going through persistent Facial pain on the right side of my face. My face has become asymmetrical making the the right side of my face looking more bigger and it also made me smile and lips uneven, the right side of cheek is visibly bigger and the eyes become uneven too. The pain can get worse time to time giving me a pain similar to migraine on the right side of my face. I can literally hear right side of my jaw making cracking sounds. The right side of my face neck feel tight and weak. It would be really helpful if somebody tell what test I need to get regarding this problem and how do I recover from it

1. TMJ disorder (jaw joint) or
2. Trigeminal neuralgia

first thing is clinical evaluation. what your symptoms are taking the diagnosis towards TMPDs and hypertrophied masseter. we need to evaluate the muscles jaw and degree of asymmetry. in case of asymmetry we can go for botox and things like that better to visit in person for different treatment options
