I am a cleft lip patient due to which i have missed upper bone and a deformed teeth is there. I have visited a maxillofacial surgeon. He told me if I didn't want to go for the bone craft.I can go for marryland wing. but he doesnt give me any guarantee of this wing.I want to ask

What is the lifetime of this bridge How long it will last? will it damage my adjacent teeth due to its adhesive glue? and what the cost to attach it again if it get lost?

maryland bridge is acceptable in few cases however it frequently gets dislodged and not recommended. yes if you dont want grafting you need bridge or prosthesis. fpr this reason some teeth needs to be reduced for bridge fabrication.
better to visit for in person discussion of treatment plan
