muja maximum 8 months ye problems ha ka ma apna mouth full nahi kol skte kyu ka mera jaws nahi kolta aw agar try kar ka kull bhi jaye to tak ki awaz aati ha..aur phir kaye din tak awaz aur bnd rehna ka problem rehta yawn karta waqt bhi ye problem hota ha...ma Islambad ka dentistry jo ka maxiofacial ha unka pass bhi gaye uss na kaha ka ye tumhara habit ha tak krna but wo mere problem ko nahi smja ye awaz khud aati ha plz help me

1. stop any parafunctional habbit i.e Nail biting, holding pain in mouth, cutting threads with teeth opening cold drinks with teeth
2. Take soft diet for 15 days avoid continued chewing like dont chew on anything continue
3. if have any stress related problem avoid stressful situations
4. take medicine
if pain Tab Neburol fort
and also take Tab Movax4mg
dono tablet twice in a day for 1 week then let me know how it worked will plan for next options
