Talk to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon on Small Hard Mass In Jaw

I have a small hard mass or congealed blood type material in my jaw .I also feel like there is a mass like material one one side of neck below that jaw place. My jaw ,neck congenital material and ear pains a is much pain behind my ear and mass in my neck.I feel heart beat in that side of my jaw .I don't get relief from any kind of pain killer ,sometimes my pain go away but mostly it hurst a lot all the time.
