Is there a proper treatment for TMJ disorder available in Pakistan? Usually anti-depression/anxiety drugs, or surgery are prescribed by doctors. But I have seen on the internet that it can be treated effectively with other methods like orthotics and massage etc. Can you provide a solution yourself or refer me to some other doctor? It is important for me to avoid any anti-depressant drugs.
