Usually creatinine alone ( means sirf creatinine k level ) ko deikh kr dialysis recommend bai kiye jatay . Koi aur wja ho gi jo dialysis k liye recommend kiya ja rha ho ga . Secondly unko deltacortil kyun di ja rhi hai . Sugar control rkhein aur apnay nephrologist se inki prescription review krwaein . Koi lab results aur ultrasound ho to wo share krein . Apnay nephrologist ki batai gyi med ki pic share krein ( kindly unk naam wala nuskha ya prescription ki pic share na krein , achi baat nahi lagay gi)

Thanks for your response,
Deltacortril nephrologist ne prescribe kari thi aur isse in ke creatinine level aur urea kam horaha tha. Kuch months ke lie doctor ne ye medicine stop karke monitor kara to usme reports sahi nhi aae aur ab ek mahene tak unke ye medicine dobara start karae aur jab test karae to koi behtare nhi aae tab hi doctors ne dialysis ka bola he.
Secondly I am attaching the photos of his reports. Please see and advise.
