Good morning, there are many cause of foamy urine, although your urine D/R and renal functions are normal. Insufficient fluid intake can lead to concentrated urine and foamy appearance, other conditions like DM, Lupus and certain drugs can also cause. Kindly give me more detail about your intake and output history, you have very high Hemoglobin and PCV, your history of smoking if positive and medications is very important for me.
