Wsalam. How many days did she take antibiotics and is she having fever or burning in her urine? Is she pregnant? If no symptoms then don’t worry and repeat urine dr report after 2 days.

no she is unmarried .dr did ultrasound which shows kidney infection in her right kidney and also swollen so her dr gives her 6 days medicine and told her to come after six days with this test now she is on leave

She has pus cells in her urine which indicate inflammation. need further history. if she already on antibiotic medicine than continue for 7 days, if not on Abx then first do urine culture then consult Nephrologist in your area.

Is the patient still having symptoms like burning in urine or fever? If not then don’t worry and drink lemonade (avoid sugary and junk foods) also avoid any pain killers for any reason. keep yourself hydrated and repeat urine dr report after 2 - 3 days. Also share CBC report to see high white cell count if already done before. Does she take any medicine for any other illness?
