i had mild pain in my right kidney for past few days so i went for an ultrasound, along with a urine DR test as well, it shows mild fullness in the right kidney, i have attached the reports as well, please recommend the necessary medicines or procedures to be taken,

do you have any urinary complain like burning, or increase urination? do you have previous history of renal stone?
you are advised to take plenty of water n fluids about 10-12 glass per day. take some muscle relaxant like tab. nospa forte twice a day
if urinary complains then we can add cranberry sachet twice per day, or if needed we can start antibiotic. but first increase your fluid intake
Any other symptoms with it like burning micturation, fever? Your urine dr is normal.
Increase your fluid intake to atleast 2-3 liters per day as it will increase your uop.
Take cranberry sachey twice daily if you have burning micturation as well.
If not settled get a urine c/s done after that we can start abx if needed.
