Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Pain

Need me consultant regarding my mother kidney issue, actually kidney,s pain is going high and pain little bit going to right leg , and also her BP is not normal continuously Bp going to Low, You sent We did her Ultrasound but there is no any issue in Kidney but doc said kidney have Little bit Infection , Dr prescribe some medicine but there is no any effect
