Wsalam. Is there any constipation or nausea or vomiting or fever associated with the pain. Is he having burning in his urine. When did the pain started. Has it ever occurred before?
W Salam , insufficient data to give opinion . Pt diabetic hain? U re quoting pain left side but problem is shown in the left side in ultrasound ,, anyways ask ur brother to visit any Physician / surgeon for clinical evaluation . Proper history , evaluation , diagnosis and treatment is needed at the earliest
