Meri saas ko kidney me swelling aur stones aye hain chote stone hain 0.4 size tak ke. Doctor ne onke ascard de di hai . Is it necessary to use it ? Koi nuqsan to nahe hoga oska kyun ke mene search kia hai about it to ascard is found to worsen kidney infections

Salam.it depends on what was the indication of ascard. May be your mother is having CAD for which ascard will definitely have beneficial effect or she might have any CAD equivalent disease for which ascard must be continued . Second we need to look for the kidney status now, and what is stone composition, is it causing obstruction to urine flow? How much swelling (hydro) is there? Does that need surgery???
