Talk to Nephrologist on Urethral Stricture

AOA, i am patient of urethral stricture for last 7 years , even i went for a surgery for for it 4 years ago but problem not solved and same restriction in flow of urine started after few months, further i am having a 7 mm stone in my kidny as well, your kind advise is requested for treatment.
