please collect your urine for 24 hours than give it all to lab to check proteinuria. if it's more than 1 grams you need renal biopsy. It will tell you the disease in your kidneys
In general term foamy urine is indicative of protein in urine. please repeat urine analysis. May be your statement urine foam is wrong. Do you mean turbid urine?

Sir turbid ka mean toh nai pta but doh dafa doh different lab se test kervaye hain jis mai protein negative ai but sir daily urine kabi foamy and kabi bilkul theek ata hai
