she should use skim milk , skimed yogurt also skimed tea , plus brown bread , and green tea twice a day , also eat veges salad with meal , dont eat fri food like samosa pakora ana all bakery item , she should prefer honey on simple sugar, avoid ghee and use oil like canola , olive oil , and should consume one fruit at 10 pm to avoid any defeciency ,

She should consume every food group. No restrictions. Try to avoid fried and bakery items. Try to have airfry foods or foods with a little oil. Consume meat twice a week, avoid beef, she can take chicken, mutton or fish. Eat fruits and veggies daily, consume kidney beans , and make sure her milk intake.
