It seems like Os Navicularis( accessory navicular)
the serrated edges are sign of fracture and is a bit displaced.
will need physical examination, investigation and then can be treated. It will unite if kept in plaster for 06 weeks. online consultation can also be done if Plaster not already applied.

There is a possibility, it may not be a fracture, only extra bone called accessory Navicular. XRay finding should be correlated with patient complaints.

Sorry for the delay
If it's established that it's traumatic avulsion fracture, surgical fixation with a screw is an option, as Tibialis posterior tendon is attached here. CT scan will be helpful to estimate the size of fragment and the amount of displacement of fragment. I think follow the advice of treating doctor.
