Dear doctor,
I have a rare medical case, i have chronic pyogenic infection in both lateral side of knees, its frustrating. Over the past 2 years, i have tried everything, every big doctors of my city. At first it was misinterpreted as Tubercolosis of bone but later after no recovery, biopsy occured and its reports showed chronic pyogenic infection . I took antibiotics but still no healing. Please help me , guide me what to do. Every doctor I have consulted with are unable to treat it or even understand the whole case properly.
Im willing to hear from anyone who can help me. I can provide all my medical examination reports upon request.

Please consult an INFECTION CONTROL CONSULTANT instead of Orthopaedic Surgeon or physician.
bone infection can be disabling. and it can be resistant to antibiotics. debridement can be planned if its localized. in case of diffuse infection even surgical intervention has no outcome.
