Non united fracture Scaphoid bone. On plain XRAY doesn't look avascular necrosis of fracture bone , but taking into consideration of long duration of this fracture, better to do MRI of your hand , it will not only tell us about the blood supply of the fracture bone , but also tell if there is any arthritis around the fracture bone .
