Joint Pain

Hello AoA 
My mother is suffering from joint pain which increases during night time and spread towards entire leg I have visited an orthopedic doctor he has prescribed jointelet sache, indrop, pregablin and pain killer
But I have a doubt there are some bone particles in the x-ray kindly guide me what is this cluster between the joints

I needs both veiw of the xrays. In this veiw it looks like she had sclerotic blood vessels.  please no needs to give pregabalin at this stage.  needs second opinion.
